How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders should arrive within 2-3 business days. All orders that include items classified as dangerous goods will take an additional 1 business day. CliniPrep+ 88ml is considered a dangerous goods. Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary. 

What should I do if my order is taking longer than usual?

We strive to process all orders placed on Monday to Friday on the same day they are received. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. All processing times are estimates and subject to change. However, once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is under the care of the courier company. If you have concerns about the delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us.

Who should I contact for questions about my order, products, or delivery?

Our dedicated Customer Care Team is here to assist you. During business hours Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), we aim to respond to your inquiries ASAP. If you leave a message after business hours, we will get back to you by 9am the following business day. You can also reach us via email at info@exogrow.co.nz.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order is scanned by the courier upon pick-up, you will receive an email from info@exogrow.co.nz containing the courier tracking link. Simply click on the link to track and manage your delivery. If you have any delivery-related questions or concerns, please contact the courier company directly, as they will be handling your parcel’s journey after it leaves our warehouse.
